MonFex is a crypto exchange built for fast, secure trading and straightforward portfolio management. I led UX design across key journeys - onboarding/KYC, funding (deposit/withdraw), and spot trading - focusing on clarity, trust signals, and error-proof interactions in high-stakes moments. The process included flow mapping, lo-fi → hi-fi prototyping, usability checks, and close collaboration with product, compliance, and engineering. The result was a more predictable trading experience with improved information hierarchy, clearer statuses, and consistent UI patterns across critical workflows.
